SPECIAL UPDATE FROM THE NATIONAL TRUST

This page provides an update from the National Trust about Levant Mine virtual tours, and the Lelant Mine and Beam Engine Conservation Management Plan. The National Trust is running a survey to gather  local views about the Plan. You can complete the survey online, or a paper version can be completed at the places and times listed below:

• BOTALLACK COUNT HOUSE CAFÉ – 4th to 10th July, 11am-4pm 
• LEVANT MINE – 4th to 7th & 10th July, 11am-3pm 
• CENTRE OF PENDEEN – 4th to 9th July, 9:30am-3pm (9:30am-12:30pm Sat) 
• CAPE CORNWALL CAR PARK – 4th to 10th July, 2pm-4pm 
• ST JUST LIBRARY – 5th-7th & 9th July, full day Tues & Thurs, half day Wed & Sat

Mobile post office

We now have a mobile post office, which comes to Pendeen for one morning a week. 

Morrab Surgery has agreed to a Post Office mobile branch service van being able to park in their Pendeen branch surgery car park on Monday mornings 9am till 10am,

Please make use of this mobile service, or it could be taken away and used in another village.
